Ryan was referred to us through another agent who had retired. Having never met us before and us moving from out of state, we chatted a bit prior to heading out and told him the areas we were interested in; Boulder, Gunbarrel, Louisville, Lafayette, Superior, Arvada, and Erie. We have friends living in Gunbarrel and wanted to be withing 20 minutes or so from them. Despite having misgivings at first, we came to find a fantastic new build that fit what we were looking for and additionally the city of Longmont has a lot to offer as well! He was professional the entire time and most importantly honest with his thoughts on the home or area if we asked him for his opinion.

Ryan and Sondra really make a great team. I first met Ryan at the beginning of Jan. 2016, he helped us purchase a house in Westminster, CO that was closed in April 2016. I found him from Zillow. This is my first house purchasing, he teaches me from the basics. He is very knowledgeable for everything about house, specially structural problems. We looked over ten houses. He found two of them have structural issues and indicated to me. I feel safe and confident with him. He and Sandra are also easy to communicate (I originally from China, my English is not very fluent). He responds and schedules house showing timely. I can’t recommend Ryan and Sondra, and their team enough – they were awesome. Ryan sold my place in one day – above asking price. We worked together on the sales price and he considered my opinions and didn’t force me to stick to the outdated, non-relevant comparables in my area. We priced my place well above what another realtor would price at, and he was able to sell it in one weekend, above asking price. His business background really shows when you talk to him – he has a keen sense of what the market is doing and what he can realistically achieve.
